If a leader change management know normal emotions, it will be easier to understand and control their emotions well. There are 4 stages of change management.

Stage 1 which identifies the changes. Hopefully someone can get to know what changes will happen. At this stage a person or group can recognize the need for change and identify the type of change.

Through mobile phone, the user can do many things. Competitors will also make the same change. This can be seen in the campus where telecommunications companies are racing to offer a variety of packages make students do not want to miss the opportunity to use the service. For example, a package to students with a lower rate of charge to all number.

The cost for an online similar to the campus to students registered. In addition, it also comes with other amenities. It can be concluded here, demand and competition will drive the organization to make changes in the organization.

Conclusion

As the changes have been made in organization, the organization will face many challenges in group that may accept or rejected the changes of implemented changes. So it is a responsibility for organization to explain in detail the reasons why changes need and must to be done in order to get the response and support from all the parties.

In a conclusion, change management focuses on the people side of organizational change. It involves both an individual and an organizational perspective. Change management required actions and involvement by leaders and managers throughout the organization.

In every change, there are always two sides to change which is the organization itself and the people in it. Therefore, there are two transitions needed to be managed transition in the organization and the individuals involved in the transition of the organization.
